A few important things to know before you start booking:
- Once you click the access link, select “GET TICKETS” for the first concert of your choice. If you wish to book more than one concert, you can do so in a single transaction by following the prompts further down the page.
- If you select a VIP seating upgrade to Gold (first five rows of the amphitheatre), or Floor (stage level seating at the bottom of the amphitheatre) please be sure to select the same number of seat upgrades as tickets you are purchasing.
- If you choose the Patio Picnic package, it can only be booked for 2 people at a time. If you would like to book this package for more than 2 (so 4, 6 etc.) please make separate online reservations using the same billing information. AdmitONE will manually ensure your seats are grouped together.
- Once you have completed your purchase, you will see a confirmation screen with a QR code and confirmation number. You will then receive two emails from “Admit One” with the Subject “Your Receipt from Mission Hill Family Estate…” The first email will arrive almost immediately and of contain another opportunity to print your billing receipt.
- The second email with your actual tickets will be sent to your inbox within 48 hours of your booking confirmation. This timeframe is to allow AdmitONE to assign your seats and any applicable upgrades based on best available seats at time of booking, while preventing any single seat gaps in rows etc. Longer times will generally occur if you book your tickets outside of office hours, or on the weekend, when the system is not continuously monitored. So, please book as soon as possible.
- Once received, the barcoded tickets can be viewed on your mobile phone, added to Apple wallet, or printed out. If you share tickets with guests, please make sure they bring their tickets with them to the event.
