Our cuisine features the highest quality Canadian ingredients along with the best culinary jewels from around the world. The presentation and culinary style at MHFE has been influenced by the many culinary styles of the globe. We start with our wines, and then look for simple and clean bridges in food to match the two together. The food is always paired to enhance and complement the wine - never to outmatch it.

Celebrating each season, dishes are prepared in a light handed and clean style featuring local produce, meats, organic game, free range fowl, fresh fish and local cheeses. Passion and respect for the food arts is evident in the delicate presentation and flavour of every dish. Details of ingredients and preparation are readily shared, curiosity is encouraged and extensive menu orientation is a daily commitment amongst both the culinary brigade and service team.
