How do I purchase tickets?

Online at SelectYourTickets.com or  by calling

Open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm & Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm

In Person at Mission Hill Family Estate Wine Boutique
Open daily from 10:00am to 5pm (May 4th-June 26) and 9:30am to 7:00pm (June 27-August 15).

We are unable to accommodate online, phone or mail orders at the Winery.

How much is the service fee?

The service fee is $7.50 for Concert only tickets and $9.50 for Dinner + Concert, Loggia Wine Lounge + Concert and Reception + Concert packages. The fee is applicable both via Select Your Ticket and at the Winery.

What if I need a refund or lost my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation, and then tickets are refundable at the original point of purchase only. Lost tickets at the Winery or through Select Your Tickets cannot be replaced.

Where is "Will Call" Located?

Will Call is Available at the Select Your Tickets Box Office until 12:00 noon the day prior to the Concert. Any remaining tickets at Will Call after this time will be available for pick up directly at Mission Hill Family Estate after 5:00pm on the day of the event. 

May I buy tickets the day of the show?

If available, day of show tickets may be purchased at the Mission Hill Family Estate Wine Boutique until 3:30pm. There is no additional charge for the day of show tickets when they are available.  

Where do I find concert updates?

New shows could be added to the concert series and scheduled performances can sell out at any time. To check on the most current ticket availability please search for tickets online at SelectYourTickets.com or call 250-762-5050 or via www.missionhillwinery.com

What if it rains? May I bring an umbrella?

All concerts are performed outside and are held Rain or Shine. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear for an outside, grassed area. There is no covered seating. Shade umbrellas are permitted only prior to the performance(s) and during intermission. Normal rain umbrellas will be permitted in inclement weather only.

May I bring a chair?

Dinner, lounge and reception packages guests will have seating provided on the base of the Amphitheatre in front of the stage. Long Table Dinner package ticket holders will have reserved seating in the first three rows of the Amphitheatre. Concert only tickets have seating provided in the raised bowl of the Amphitheatre. Seating location is based upon first-come, first-choice basis, when the gates open. There are seats provided for all guests.

Is the concert series accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes. Mission Hill Family Estate is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair access will be available for the performances at the top of the Amphitheatre. For additional questions please call 250-768-6400.

Is parking available at the Winery?

Yes. Limited on-site parking is available. Carpooling is encouraged. Parking attendants will direct cars to on-site and off-site parking areas. Parking is provided complimentary to concert ticket holders. Gates to the Winery typically open two hours prior to the show start time.

How do I get to the Winery?

Mission Hill Family Estate is located in West Kelowna, British Columbia approximately 15 minutes from downtown Kelowna. For further information on maps and driving directions please click here.

May I bring my own food and beverage?

No outside food and beverage is permitted to be brought into the winery grounds during the performances. You will be able to purchase a selection of artisanal food products at our designated kiosks. These items are crafted by our culinary team and pair nicely with the wines available at the kiosks.

The British Columbia Liquor Control Board requires that any alcoholic beverage consumed on the winery grounds must be purchased directly at the Mission Hill Family Estate Wine Boutique or kiosks during the performance. Our Wine Boutique will be open until intermission, to ticket holders only. No other beer, spirits or wine brands are permitted anywhere on the winery grounds and will be confiscated.

What time does the Concert start?

The concert will begin at 7:30pm. Each concert is roughly two hours in length.

May I bring a pet?

Mission Hill Family Estate does not permit dogs into the winery grounds. For the comfort and safety of all, please leave your pet at home.

Are children permitted to attend the Concert?

Yes. Please be aware that due to artist contracts and venue capacity a ticket is required for all children three years of age and older. No exceptions.

Will I be able to stand and dance during the performance?

We ask that you be courteous to those around you and respectful of the artist's performance.

Is smoking permitted?

Mission Hill Family Estate is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in the "Designated Smoking Area" just outside the Keystone only. There is no smoking within the winery grounds.

Are taxi's available following the concert?

Yes. There will be taxis available upon conclusion of the concert. We encourage all attendees to plan ahead and designate a driver so everyone gets home safely.

Will CDs and other merchandise be available?

Artist merchandise is provided by the tour, some artists do not carry merchandise with them. If available, merchandise will be located on the upper courtyard lawn.

Where is Lost & Found located?

All lost and found items are kept in a secure location at the winery. During a concert, please contact any of our Security personnel to inquire about your item. Anytime following a show, please contact our Reception Desk at 250-768-6400.

Are winery tours available on concert days?

Yes. Tours are available on the performances days and it is recommended that you book in advance by visiting www.missionhillwinery.com or call 250-768-6483. The Wine Boutique and grounds close at 4:00pm on performance days.

May I make a reservation for the Terrace Restaurant for the evening?

Yes. The Terrace Restaurant is available to be booked as part of the Concert + Dinner ticket package only. The Concert + Dinner packages are quite popular and sell out quickly.
