Iconic Oculus Experience
This collector's tasting is devoted to exploring Oculus, the first Canadian red wine awarded a perfect 100-point score. Through a rare library vertical, available exclusively in the Chagall Room, it reveals the precision and cumulative excellence that, vintage by vintage since 1997, have established Oculus as a global icon. Each pour is accompanied by considered culinary pairings.
